8 lbs raw, unpeeled jumbo shrimp (at least 16)
1 lb butter
1 cup GOOD olive oil (this is no place to be cheap)
½ cup good white wine (pinot grigio)
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
about 5 Tbs of freshly ground black pepper
4 lemons, ends removed, sliced thinly
1½ teaspoon Crystal Hot Sauce
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
1 small branch fresh rosemary leaves
10 cloves of garlic, pressed
4 teaspoons kosher salt
