BBQ Smoked Turkey Wings Recipe

Ditch the chicken and try smoking turkey wings instead. Just like chicken wings, turkey wings are great because they can be rubbed, coated, or slathered in any variety of delicious flavours. Even better, turkey wings are naturally larger- meaning there’s more juicy meat to enjoy than what you get with just an average chicken wing. In our recipe for BBQ smoked turkey wings, we keep things simple by using any favourite BBQ sauce to flavour the smoked turkey, but you can switch things up to create BBQ turkey wings of your own liking. Prefer a rub? Maybe a fruity BBQ marinade? The possibilities are endless and all BBQ flavour combinations will be delicious with the added flavour of smoke.
