LPG Cylinder Safety

LPG safety is a must. Always get your LPG from a reputable dealer and know what to look for when exchanging, storing and transporting cylinders for use with your gas grill.

LPG cylinders should be stored upright, on a flat surface such as concrete or other non-flammable material that will not collect water. That’s why your grill is designed to keep the cylinder up and off the ground. Moisture can cause pitting or rust that lead to leaks or improper cylinder function.

Check that the main valve assembly is in good condition and that there is no gas odour leaking out. During transport, keep cylinders upright and never leave them inside vehicles for extended periods.

Always store LPG cylinders outside and keep valves closed when not in use, even when connected to your grill.
